Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the legal framework for using Uzanova and describe account obligations, service boundaries, billing rules, and operational expectations so both users and operators can work from a clear and consistent understanding.

Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Uzanova you agree to these Terms of Service, and if you are using the service on behalf of an organization you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms and to all policies referenced by these terms.

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain current contact details, and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and internal governance requirements that apply to your organization.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account credentials, including any actions completed by delegated users within your organization, so you must maintain credential confidentiality and implement reasonable internal controls for device and session management.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must promptly rotate credentials, revoke sessions, and notify your administrator or support contact so containment steps can begin without delay.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to perform unlawful activity, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with system integrity, upload harmful or deceptive content, harvest data without authorization, or misuse collaboration areas in ways that violate community rules or the rights of other users.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including content removal, session revocation, feature restrictions, or account suspension when required to protect users and platform operations.

User content and community

You retain ownership of content you submit to Uzanova, and you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, maintain reliability, and provide collaboration features requested by authorized users in your workspace or community groups.

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe third party rights and does not violate law or policy, and you acknowledge that moderation controls may remove or restrict content that fails to meet these standards.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing and renewal terms shown at purchase, and plan limits such as storage capacity, monthly execution volume, and advanced capability access are enforced according to the active subscription tier.

If payment is not completed or remains past due, access to paid capabilities may be limited until billing status is restored, and account level billing records are maintained for operational and compliance purposes.

Service availability

We work to maintain reliable service performance and secure operations, though availability may be affected by planned maintenance, emergency mitigation, third party outages, or events outside reasonable operational control, and certain features may evolve as product capabilities mature.

Intellectual property

Uzanova software, branding, interface design, and service documentation are protected by intellectual property law, and except where explicitly permitted by written agreement you may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected platform materials.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may deactivate your account through settings, and we may suspend or terminate access when terms are violated, security is at risk, legal obligations require action, or continued access could cause material harm to users or platform infrastructure.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as available basis and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement, and users are responsible for independent review of any operational decisions made using platform outputs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from service use will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service period or the minimum amount required by law if no paid amount applies.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service when the product, legal requirements, or operational model changes, and continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
